Damon W. DeArment, DDS
Dr. DeArment has been delivering the highest quality care to his community for over 10 years. He is a Winchester native who graduated from John Handley High School before earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Richmond and his dental degree at the Medical College of Virginia. After graduating, he went on to earn a specialized Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Louisville. Dr. DeArment is active in the dental community, giving lectures at local schools and dental study clubs. He has also published a scientific article in the International Journal of Adult Orthodontics and is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. In addition, he is also a member of many leading dental and orthodontic organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, Virginia Association of Orthodontists, Virginia Dental Association and the Shenandoah Valley Dental Society.

Dr. DeArment is active in his community as the chairman of the Winchester Education Foundation, the former president of the Handley High School Judges’ Athletic Association, a volunteer tutor at John Kerr Elementary School and a member of both the Rotary Club and the United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley. In his spare time, he is an avid Steelers fan and enjoys fitness and weight training, golf, tennis, skiing and spending time with his wife and four children.

Daniel J. Lill, DDS, MS
Dr. Lill has been practicing for over five years, more than two of those in the specialized field of orthodontics. He earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He has completed a program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry and a certification in orthodontics from the Medical College of Virginia, and he has a published a thesis in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Lill also gives public and professional lectures on oral health topics and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Virginia Association of Orthodontists and the Southern Association of Orthodontists.

Away from the office, Dr. Lill participates in the local United Way. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, tennis, Penn State football and quality time with his wife, Leslie, and their children, Andrew and Jordan.

John L. Goodloe III, DDS
Dr. Goodloe has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontics for over 25 years! He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, his dental degree at the Medical College of Virginia and his specialized Certificate in Orthodontics at the University of Alabama. An esteemed member of the orthodontic community, Dr. Goodloe gives lectures on oral health topics, is a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, is a former president of the Virginia Association of Orthodontists and is the Virginia representative of the Southern Association of Orthodontists. He is an active member in many other leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Virginia Dental Association and the Shenandoah Valley Dental Society.

Away from the office, Dr. Goodloe gives back to his community through volunteer work with groups such as the Kiwanis Club, the Braddock Street United Methodist Church and the University of Virginia’s Blandy Farm Club. He has also been a coach for a local soccer team for over 20 years. In his spare time, he is an avid sports fan who enjoys golf and UVA sports teams.
